What other methods can I use to place my order?
The most efficient method is to order through our online store. You may also call us at 215-343-4965 to place your order over the phone during regular business hours (EST) or email the order to us at info@rosejoyce.com.

Can I add to an order I've already placed?
If you notify us immediately and your order has not already shipped, then you can likely add items though it may delay shipment of your order.  Call us to check the status of your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you offer discounts?
New Customers are offered a 20% Discount on their first order. Just email us we'll send you a unique discount code to use at check-out (cannot be combined with other discounts). Rose Joyce also runs weekly discount promotions so sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of this page to be informed of our new products, sales and coupon codes. Previous purchases and back orders excluded and no other discounts apply. We also offer our customers quantity discounts and special discounts for makeup artists and salon owners. 

What are your accepted forms of payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Masterpass and Paypal.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
We offer $6.95 flat rate USA shipping or free shipping for orders $99+ (after any discounts). For international orders, we will pay half the actual shipping cost if your order is $125+ (after any discounts). 

How and when will my order be shipped?
Typically orders are shipped within one week from receipt. Please refer to the check-out page of your shopping cart for an approximate shipping date. USPS Priority Mail will be used unless otherwise indicated. You will receive an email from USPS with a tracking number when your order ships.
